The Swedish city at the Oeresund in the South of the country was an adopted home of Felix Count von Luckner. His second wife Ingeborg, born as Engeström, was a Swedish lady who originates from that town. The wealthy family lived in a superb villa named Fridhemsborg.

In 1924 von Luckner married Ingeborg Engeström. The ceremony was hold in one of the best hotels in town, today known as Scandic Kramer Hotel.
